These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and PostBrix Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the PostBrix website and application.

2. Beta Services Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PostBrix does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. During the Beta phase, we reserve the right to modify features, delete data, or reset accounts if necessary for development purposes (though we will strive to provide notice).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our IP: The source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Your IP: You retain full ownership of the email designs, HTML code, and campaigns you create using PostBrix. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Specifically, you agree not to use PostBrix to generate or send:

• Spam, phishing content, or unsolicited commercial email.
• Content that promotes violence, illegal acts, or hate speech.
• Malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.
